Waiting For Daffodils

In a previous post I discuss my serious case of Spring Fever.  Now I’m waiting (not so patiently) for my daffodils to bloom. For the last week, they’ve slowly poked their little heads up from the cold ground. Buds have formed and they’re ready to pop! But they haven’t bloomed yet.

Alright, I have a confession to make. I couldn’t wait for my daffodils to bloom so I bought several bunches from my local grocery store. I was able to get four bunches for $10! A great deal. Hopefully this will help me hang on until mine are here.

Let’s see how I hold up waiting for the tulips to bloom!
