I really, really want a VitaMix. My mom had one and they’re great. Why am I bringing this up now? Because my newest favorite smoothie is good but a little seedy. By all accounts a VitaMix would take care of that problem. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy this smoothie in all its seedy goodness.
Note: I bet if you left the blackberries out it would have a lot fewer seeds.
Mixed Berry Smoothie Makes about 12 ounces 2 cups frozen berry blend (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) 2/3 cup orange juice 1/2 cup Stonyfield strawberry yogurt
Place everything in a blender and blend. Oh, and then drink. That’s it. Enjoy!
