Christmas DIY: Peace Wreath and Stenciled Tea Towel

by Kimberly Hickok

This time of year I’m always busy knitting, crocheting or sewing presents for friends and family and, in some unrealistic foggy section of my brain, I think I’ll have time for holiday crafting.

Here are two projects that I fell in love with that maybe, just maybe, I’ll have time to squeak in this season.

The first project that caught my eye is Mamatoga‘s Peace Wreath. I love the concept. Think about it – it’s the season for wreaths and peace so why not combine the two? Step-by-step instructions, with detailed photos, here – Boxwood Holiday Peace Wreath.

Isn’t it pretty?

The other project that I absolutely adore are these Stenciled Tea Towels from Tater Tots & Jello. These would make a great hostess gift (hint, hint). Step by step instructions, complete with photos, are here – DIY Stenciled Holiday Tea Towels. Bonus? Minus paint drying time, these are done in minutes.

You can do this! (And then bring to my house.)

So there you have it – two quick and easy DIY holiday craft projects. If you go ahead and make these, do give these ladies credit! Merry, Merry!
