Puckers Gourmet Pickles

I love a good pickle. I’m also a huge fan of sauerkraut and kimchi. Last year I stumbled across the folks at Puckers Pickles.

Boy have they figured out the whole brine/pickling thing. In addition to the kimchi, we also love their pickles and sauerkraut. I’m lucky enough to be able to pick up their products at my local farmer’s market in Saratoga Springs, NY.
