Tangy Coleslaw For Two

A recipe for a tangy coleslaw that is perfect for two or to put on sandwiches or fish tacos.

  • 2 cups cabbage, grated or cut very thinly (whichever you prefer)
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (use 1 teaspoon if you like yours less tangy)
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  1. In a medium sized bowl combine the celery salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the cabbage and carrot. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.
  3. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
