Dry Rub for Ribs

- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a fork or whisk. Generously rub on ribs or chicken.
- Leftover rub can be stored in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
