A tasty, hearty, and homey casserole for all to enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Norma’s Breakfast Souffle
  • 1 ½ lbs. Pork breakfast sausage
  • 9 Eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 C. Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Slices of bread, cut into ¼” cubes
  • 1 ½ C. grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown crumbled sausage, drain.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
  3. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.
  4. Pour into 9"x13"x2" pan.
  5. Refrigerate, covered overnight.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350F for 1 hour.
