It’s been a hot humid summer and I’m on the hunt for an interesting cocktail. The Captain Sunrise is our latest experiment.
Captain Sunrise One part Captain Morgan Spiced Rum Three parts orange juice Splash of cranberry juiceShake ingredients and serve over ice.
The flavor is kind of hard to describe. It’s kind of like an orange creamsicle. Coconut rum would definitely give it more of that type of flavor.
