Every woman has what I call ‘bread and butter’ pieces in her wardrobe. It might be a favorite pair of jeans or a crisp white blouse. For me, it’s the sweater dress.
When autumn arrives and it starts to get chilly I can’t wait to slip on my sweater dress.
Why do I love it so?
- I can dress it up by pairing it with patterned hose and heels.
- I can dress it down with tights and flats.
- It’s perfect for entertaining. It’s a comfortable but pulled together outfit.
- I can eat like a hog at all those holiday gatherings without feeling like I’ve got something tight around my middle.
